It has been a grueling month of work. There have been so many deadlines, confusion, and people who don't know what they want. I am always amazed by how much of our lives we give to jobs that don't care about us humans. Don't get me wrong, I love working, I love what I do, I love kicking ass, but I think we all want to feel like we matter. I need a long weekend!
Today's Song of the Day is a perfect track for the start of a three-day weekend. Loverboy is a band from Alberta, Canada, that burst on the scene in 1980 with their self-titled album "Loverboy." They scored a hit with "Turn Me Loose," but today, our song is from the band's 1981 album "Get Lucky."
