I was coming back from the health club yesterday after a nice leg day, and BAM, this jam was playing on The Variety Station. Today's Song of the Day is a 1989 classic by Young MC.
"Bust A Move" was released in 1989 and quickly became a huge hit. If you grew up in the 80s, you tried to sing all the lyrics and not mess up. Honestly, I tried yesterday and messed up almost all of them. The song is a classic tale of the pursuit of romance told through funny and catchy lyrics. The track hit #7 on the Hot 100 with mainstream success and is Young MC's biggest hit.
